FAQ: “How much does it cost to rent Blue Bell Farm?”
Corporate & Private Events
$200 per hour Monday – Thursday (4 hour minimum rental). Includes use of barn,tables and chairs, wireless internet, water, coffee and tea equipment. Rental price does not include linens, decor, service or catering.
$5,500 (November – April, July & August)
$6,500 (May & June – September & October)
We only host one wedding per weekend so you won’t have to worry about another event interfering with your wedding day celebration. Rehearsals take place on Friday (3-6pm) and weddings take place on Saturdays. We do not offer weddings on weekdays or Sundays (unless it’s a holiday weekend – holiday rate ($8,000) applies)
FAQ: “What does the Blue Bell Farm wedding package include?”
3 hour window for set up and rehearsal on Friday from 3pm – 6pm
Exclusive use of the farm on Saturday from 9am – 12am

FAQ: “How do you I book my wedding date at Blue Bell Farm?”
We require a signed venue rental agreement and a 50% non-refundable reservation fee to hold the date; the reservation fee will be applied to your venue rental balance 30 days prior to your wedding date.
Note: Pricing does not include 6.85% sales tax.
FAQ: “If the weather is bad, is there a contingency for the outdoor ceremony space?”
Unfortunately, sometimes we just can’t trust the weather. We have a new covered deck that is suitable for use with light rain and you may also flip the barn for use as both ceremony and reception space.
FAQ: “Can I provide the alcohol and food for my wedding?”
Alcohol: Due to the nature of our liquor license, alcohol shall only be purchased and served by Blue Bell Farm. Alcohol that has not been purchased by Blue Bell Farm is prohibited. Please contact us to discuss our available bar packages and pricing.
Food: Blue Bell Farm can provide farm-to-table catering services for your wedding. Outside catering services are not permitted.
FAQ:” Do you have a food and beverage minimum?”
We do have a food minimum of $4,500 for our reception dinner catering services. We have a four hour minimum for our bar services.
FAQ: “How much parking is available?”
We have recently expanded our rock parking lot to accommodate 80 vehicles. Overflow parking will be placed in our nearby pasture lot.
FAQ: “Do you recommend shuttles or busses”
We recommend bus companies that will make continues round trips to and from nearby towns. If you have guests staying nearby – busses are perfect fro easy transportation and safety of guests enjoying alcoholic beverages
FAQ: “Do you provide lodging?”
The bridal cottage can provide accommodations for the bride and groom on Saturday evening and bridesmaids on Friday (Friday cottage rental is $125/guest). We also welcome camping guests!
