Produce & Flowers

We currently cultivate two acres of vegetables, herbs and flowers according to organic principles. We use approved organic compost to feed our soil and straw for weed suppression. Permanent, permaculture based beds are used when possible in order to minimize soil erosion and mechanical tillage.
We prefer to grow heirloom vegetable varieties because we think they taste better and our ornamental plants are selected for their beauty and regional suitability.
